用不同年龄的Wistar大鼠为实验动物,用免疫细胞化学改良的ABC法及常规组织学方法检测了VP神经元及相关核团的生后发育。结果表明,生后1天,SON,PVN,CN可辩认;生后5~10天,SCN出现;20~30天,室管膜由假复层柱状上皮变为单层柱状上皮,相关核团的细胞变大,胞浆增多,大神经元胞体直径达20~25μm,与60~90天的结构相似。免疫细胞化学(ICC)显示,生后1天,SON,PVN,CN可见VP免疫阳性细胞;5~10天,此阳性细胞胞浆着色加深。20~30天,VP免疫阳性神经元的大小及着色与生后60~90天相似,表明VP免疫阳性神经元生后即出现,20~30天此神经元及相关核团的发育状况已接近成年。
The Wistar rats of different ages were used as experimental animals. The postnatal development of VP neurons and related nuclei was detected by ABC method and routine histological method modified by immunocytochemistry. The results showed that one day after birth, SON, PVN and CN were identifiable. SCN appeared 5 to 10 days after birth. From 20 to 30 days, ependymal cells changed from pseudostratified columnar epithelium to monolayer columnar epithelium, Tissue larger cells, increased cytoplasm, large neuronal cell body diameter of 20 ~ 25μm, and 60 to 90 days similar to the structure. Immunocytochemistry (ICC) showed that VP immunopositive cells were seen in SON, PVN and CN on day 1 postnatal day. The staining of cytoplasm in this positive cell was deepened after 5 to 10 days. The size and coloration of VP immunoreactive neurons were similar between days 60 and 90 after 20-30 days, indicating that VP immunoreactive neurons appeared immediately after birth, and the development of neurons and related nuclei was approaching 20-30 days adult.
