我厂有一种m=5,71齿的齿圈(见图1),材料为4GCr,齿部硬度要求HRC30~40。我们用箱式炉整体加热,使齿面激冷来达到要求。为使淬火均匀,采用了手摇淬火机(见图2)进行淬火。简易淬火机由转动部分、喷水咀和排水槽、机架三部分组成。喷水咀是由一个直径3/4英寸的管弯成环形,在它上面焊8个1/2英寸的竖管,其竖管顶端焊死,在管壁向里方向上开宽1毫米的缝,使水喷向齿面。环形管的一端接进水管。水槽下端设有排水管,排水管直径应比进水管直径大些。水槽用6毫米厚的钢板焊
I plant a m = 5,71 teeth ring (see Figure 1), the material is 4GCr, tooth hardness HRC30 ~ 40. We use the whole box-type heating furnace, the tooth surface chilling to meet the requirements.
