采用Yamazaki膦酰化反应的方法,以预制的酰亚胺二酸单体和1,6-己二胺为原料,亚磷酸三苯酯和吡啶为缩合剂合成一种新型聚酰胺-酰亚胺(PAI)PA611-co-I,其中酰亚胺二酸单体是以1,2,4,5-均苯四甲酸二酐和11-氨基十一烷酸在冰醋酸中合成。通过FT-IR、1 H-NMR、13 C-NMR、WAXD、DSC、TGA等表征了所制备的酰亚胺二酸单体和聚合物的结构及性能。结果表明,PAI是一种半结晶性聚合物,具有优异的的热稳定性以及很高的玻璃化温度和熔点。
A new type of polyamide-imide was synthesized by the Yamazaki phosphonylation method using a mixture of preformed imide diacid monomer and 1,6-hexanediamine as raw materials, triphenylphosphite and pyridine as condensing agents (PAI) PA611-co-I, where the imide diacid monomer is synthesized from 1,2,4,5-pyromellitic dianhydride and 11-aminoundecanoic acid in glacial acetic acid. The structures and properties of the imide diacid monomers and polymers prepared were characterized by FT-IR, 1 H-NMR, 13 C-NMR, WAXD, DSC, TGA and the like. The results show that PAI is a semi-crystalline polymer with excellent thermal stability and high glass transition temperature and melting point.
