采用十八烷基三甲基铵(octadecyltrimethyl ammonium,OTA)对钠基蒙脱石进行插层吸附,研究了OTA在蒙脱石层间的等温吸附规律,探讨了长碳链烷基铵在蒙脱石中的吸附热力学及吸附作用机理。结果表明:长碳链烷基铵在蒙脱石中的吸附符合Langmuir等温方程及Modified Langmuir等温方程,OTA在蒙脱石层间的吸附为自发进行的放热过程,吸附量随温度升高而减小,吸附过程主要为物理吸附。用X射线衍射分析了不同OTA吸附量下蒙脱石的结构变化。研究表明:蒙脱石中吸附态OTA从低负载量下的“表面膜”逐渐演变到高负载量的“分配相”。
The adsorption of sodium montmorillonite by octadecyltrimethyl ammonium (OTA) was studied. The isothermal adsorption of OTA on the interlayer of montmorillonite was studied. The adsorption of OTA between montmorillonite layers is spontaneous and exothermic. The adsorption capacity increases with the increase of temperature Decrease, the adsorption process is mainly physical adsorption. The structure of montmorillonite with different OTA adsorption was analyzed by X-ray diffraction. The results show that the adsorbed OTA in montmorillonite gradually evolves from the “superficial membrane” at low loading to the “high loading” phase.
