随着人们生活水平的不断提高,人们觉得坐软沙发总比坐硬椅子舒服得多,但却没想到这柔软舒适的沙发竞会对睾丸的功能造成损害。大家知道,人类本来的坐姿,是以臀部坐骨的两个结节作为支撑点的,这时阴囊轻松地悬挂于两大髓之间。但如果坐在柔软的沙发上,原来的支撑点随之下沉,整个臀部随之陷入沙发中,沙发的填充物和表面用料就会包围、压迫阴囊。当阴囊受到过久压迫时,会出现静脉回流不畅,睾丸附近的血管受阻,淤血严重时可导致精索静脉曲张,以至影响到男子的性能功和生育。因为精索静脉曲张时,睾丸新陈代谢产生的有害物质不能及时排出,也得不到足够的营养,这就会损害睾丸正常分泌睾酮的功能,从而使睾酮减少。睾酮是维持男子性功能和产生精子的动力,一旦缺乏,势必导致男子性功能障碍和男子不育。再则,精子生成需要适宜的温度,阴囊悬挂于身体表面,通过自动收缩、松弛的作用调节温度,以保障精子正常生成的温度。过久地坐在软沙发上,阴囊被包围受压,不能正常进行温度调节,以致睾丸的温度得以上升,不利于精子的生成,这也会影响到生育。

In addition, the sperm production needs appropriate temperature, the scrotum hanging on the body surface, through the automatic contraction, relaxation of the role of temperature regulation in order to protect the sperm normal temperature. Too long to sit on a soft sofa, the scrotum is surrounded by pressure, can not be normal temperature regulation, so that the temperature of the testis can rise, is not conducive to the formation of sperm, which will affect fertility.
