近日,工业和信息化部发布了《工业和信息化部关于加强工业产品质量工作的指导意见》(简称《意见》)。《意见》中指出,当前,我国工业经济正处在结构调整的关键时期,特别是随着金融危机对实体经济影响的逐步加深,工业经济发展面临前所未见的挑战。在此形势下,提高工业产品质量已成为“扩内需、保增长、调结构、上水平”的有效途径。《意见》中提出加强工业产品质量工作的总体目标,争取用3年左右时间,完善工业产品质量管理的法规、标准、制度,实施一批促进产品更新换代和质量水平提升的技术改造项目,完成10000项工业发展急需标准的制修订,规
Recently, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology promulgated the “Guiding Opinions of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology on Strengthening the Quality Work of Industrial Products” (the “Opinions”). According to the Opinion, at present, China’s industrial economy is in a crucial period of structural adjustment. Especially with the gradual deepening of the impact of the financial crisis on the real economy, industrial economic development is facing unprecedented challenges. Under such circumstances, improving the quality of industrial products has become an effective way of “expanding domestic demand, ensuring growth, adjusting structure and upgrading”. The Opinions put forward the overall goal of strengthening the quality of industrial products and strived to improve the laws, standards and systems for industrial product quality management in about three years and implement a number of technological transformation projects to promote product upgrading and quality improvement. Urgent need of standard industrial development and regulation of 10,000 industrial development
