江苏省、上海市、浙江省印染方面的专家指出,印染行业面临如下困境:(1)亏损面继续扩大,除广东省外,亏损遍及各省、市;(2)印染生产总量过剩,生产能力过剩;(3)原材料涨价,而印染产品涨不起价;(4)出口退税政策不落实;(5)进口面料多,服装厂多用进口面料;(6)国有企业不如乡镇企业,北方企业不如南方企业,内地企业不如沿海企业;(7)缺少资金,落实技改项目困难;(8)职工素质下降,基础管理差不多都要丢掉了.
