外圆磨床的摇晃振动一般是由其机内强迫振源所激发的,而机床的支承形式,对机床的这种振动有着重要影响.本文通过对高精度万能外圆磨床的分析和试验,探讨了支承与整机摇晃振动之间的规律性及用柔性支承来改善机床振动特性的途径,进一步研究了支承对外圆磨床整机动态特性的影响.
