目的评价含有NovaMin技术的专业修复牙膏治疗牙本质敏感症的临床疗效。方法选择2011年6月至2012年2月在首都医科大学附属北京口腔医院口腔内科就诊的牙本质敏感症患者76例(228颗患牙),患牙随机等分为试验组和对照组,分别采用舒适达专业修复牙膏和氟化钠甘油治疗。观察治疗后30min、1周、3个月和6个月的疗效。结果试验组治疗后30min、1周、3个月及6个月有效率均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论含NovaMin技术的专业修复牙膏治疗牙本质敏感症的临床效果较好。
Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of professional toothpaste with NovaMin technology in the treatment of dentin hypersensitivity. Methods Seventy-six patients (228 teeth) with dentine hypersensitivity treated at Beijing Stomatological Hospital affiliated to Capital Medical University from June 2011 to February 2012 were randomly divided into experimental group and control group Comfortable professional repair toothpaste and sodium fluoride glycerol treatment. Observed after treatment 30min, 1 week, 3 months and 6 months of efficacy. Results The experimental group 30min, 1 week, 3 months and 6 months after treatment were significantly higher than the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion The clinical effect of professional toothpaste with NovaMin technology in the treatment of dentin hypersensitivity is better.
