商标是产品的特定标志,也是代表产品一定质量的象征,人们通常称之为“牌子”。商标是商品经济的产物,是一种区别不同生产者和不同商品质量的专用标记。 我们生产的军品是属国家内部调拨,不经市场销售的产品,对于商标的命名、产品申请注册以及产品销售等方面的问题不突出。而生产民品,上述问题全部成为不可回避的现实问题。民品商标使用得不好,会给生产带来混乱,造成损失。下面就民品怎样使用商标的几个问题谈点肤浅之见。
Trademarks are specific signs of a product, and are also a symbol of a certain quality of a product. People usually call it a “brand.” Trademarks are the product of the commodity economy and are a special mark that distinguishes the quality of different producers and different commodities. The military products we produce are products that are allocated within the country and are not sold on the market. Problems such as the naming of trademarks, registration of product applications, and product sales are not prominent. In the production of civilian products, all of the above problems have become unavoidable and realistic issues. The poor use of trademarks for civilian goods will cause confusion and damage to production. The following is a brief discussion of several issues concerning the use of trademarks by civilians.
