为人师者,当有文化育人的意识:用现代的课程培养孩子,用人类精湛的艺术陶冶孩子,用多彩的生活锻炼孩子,用高尚的道德修养启迪孩子,用优秀的文化作品滋养孩子。26年来,我以陶行知先生“千教万教教人求真,千学万学学做真人”为座右铭,在教育沃土上不辍地耕耘,逐渐形成了自己“真爱真知育真人”的教育理念。
As a teacher, when there is a culture of educating people, cultivate children with modern courses, cultivate children with superb artistry of human beings, exercise children with colorful life, inspire children with noble moral cultivation and nourish children with excellent cultural works. In the past 26 years, I took Tao Xingzhi as the motto, “asking people to teach and teach people what they really want, and learning thousands of people and learning how to be real people.” They continued to cultivate themselves in the fertile ground of education and gradually formed their own “ Real ”education philosophy.
