通过分析体育类高职院校人力资源开发与管理的现状,从而在此基础上力求明确未来体育类高职院校人力资源开发与管理的发展方向。通过分析其现状中存在的问题,从而提出一些有针对性的建议。希望通过本文的分析能够进一步提升我国体育类高职院校人力资源的开发与管理水平。
By analyzing the current situation of human resources development and management in sports vocational colleges, the author tries to find out the development direction of human resources development and management in sports higher vocational colleges in the future. By analyzing the existing problems in the status quo, some suggestions are put forward. Hope that through the analysis of this article can further enhance the development and management of human resources in China’s sports higher vocational colleges.
