国内马霄等报道自体输血应用于地方性甲状腺肿手术(1),但有人认为用于甲状腺机能亢进症(下称甲亢)不合适。我们于1981年12月至83年12月,收集42例甲亢手术中血液作T_3、T_4测定,其中除收集血量在100ml以下,或疑有污染,或肉眼见血液内混有较多脂肪粒者外,20例行自体输血,效果满意,现报告如下。一般资料男性8例,女性“例.年龄15~”岁.病程0.5~6年.服抗甲状膝药物3月至5年,服碘剂时间巧~25天.所有病人术前甲状旅功能均达到正常范围,以Gale氏法侧定羞础代谢率,平均一4.7呱.手术后休温2~8天恢复正常,术后至出院时间7~2。天,除l例术后腺体残叶出血再次手米止血外,均从利恢复.为检验
