小学教师面临着性格、学习水平有非常大差异的学生,必须要确定与时俱进的教学思路,革新传统的教学方式,采取以学生为主体的教学活动。教师要结合本校的实际情况和学生的整体水平来开展教学活动,不断发展创新,跟上时代的步伐,如此才能提高学生对于数学学习的兴趣,提高课堂效率,让学生的数学成绩更上一层楼。以下是笔者结合多年的教学经验,提出了一系列提高小学数学课堂效率的措施,希望给予广大教师一定的借鉴。
Primary school teachers are confronted with personality and students with very different levels of learning must determine the teaching ideas of advancing with the times, innovate the traditional teaching methods and adopt the student-centered teaching activities. Teachers should combine their own actual conditions and the overall level of students to carry out teaching activities, continuous development and innovation, to keep up with the pace of the times, so as to enhance students ’interest in mathematics learning and improve classroom efficiency, so that students’ mathematical results one level floor. The following is the author combined with years of teaching experience, put forward a series of measures to improve the efficiency of primary school mathematics classroom, hoping to give the majority of teachers a certain reference.
