自一八六五年克劳修斯在热力学中引入熵概念以来,熵概念不断向其他领域泛化,其应用不但遍及自然科学的众多领域,而且还在社会科学中获得了尝试性的应用。本文用系统熵的观点分析讨论了熵在管理科学中的应用,提出管理的作用和目的是将管理系统的“不确定性”变为“确定性”,将“无序”状态变为“有序”状态,即从“高熵”状态变为“低墒”状态。
Since Clausius introduced the concept of entropy into thermodynamics in 1865, the concept of entropy has been continuously extended to other fields. Its application not only spreads in many fields of natural science but also has tentative application in the social sciences. In this paper, we discuss the application of entropy in management science from the perspective of systematic entropy, and propose that the role and purpose of management is to change the “uncertainty” of management system to “certainty” and change the state of “disorder” into “ Order ”state, that is, from“ high entropy ”state to“ low entropy ”state.
