随着科学技术的不断发展和社会的进步,人们的经济水平不断提高。现如今,我国企业融资是促进企业投资发展的重要手段,企业融资方式的创新十分重要。本文通过对我国企业融资手段的现状进行分析,提出其中存在的不足,有效促进企业境外融资,有效促进企业融资方式的创新,希望能够有利于企业的经济发展。
With the continuous development of science and technology and social progress, people’s economic level has been continuously improved. Nowadays, the financing of enterprises in our country is an important means to promote the development of enterprises’ investment. The innovation of financing methods of enterprises is very important. This paper analyzes the status quo of China’s corporate financing means, puts forward the existing problems, effectively promotes overseas financing and effectively promotes the innovation of corporate financing ways, hoping to be beneficial to the economic development of enterprises.
