黑龙江省巴彦县红光乡,是黑龙江省农业科学院耕作栽培研究所承担的农牧渔业部“松嫩平原大豆、玉米主产区高产稳产耕作栽培综合体系研究”课题的基点。 该基点开发主要技术途径是广泛应用单项科研成果与当地高产经验相结合,常规技术和先进技术相结合,试验与示范相结合。采用了一整套的高产高效益的综合技术。
