一、重视“双基”中学政治课的“双基”是什么,人们理解不完全一致。我们暂取这样一种说法,即马列主义、毛泽东思想的基本概念、基本原理和运用基本原理分析问题的能力。今年的试题,大小题目共14个,考查“双基”的就有13个。在考查“双基”掌握情况方面,试题也不是“平分秋色”,而是把重点放在学生分析问题的能力上,使这类试题约占总分的百分之十八。可见,重视考查“双基”,特别是运用马列主义、毛泽东思想的基本原理分析问题的能力,是今年政治试题的一个突出特点。
