刑事政策的执行,是指将刑事政策付诸实施、把政策内容转变为现实的过程。刑事政策能否有效得到执行,事关刑事政策的目标能否实现,因而是刑事政策过程中一个十分重要的环节,也是刑事政策研究的重要课题。
The execution of criminal policy refers to the process of putting the criminal policy into practice and transforming the policy into reality. Whether the criminal policy can be effectively implemented or not depends on whether the criminal policy can be achieved or not. Therefore, it is a very important link in the process of criminal policy and also an important issue in criminal policy research.
