在一九五八年里,装配工段在全国大跃进形势的鼓舞下,勇敢地接受了新任务,制造了一批529-16-70-2浮头式管壳换热器。在制造过程中,全体同志在党的领导下,人人政治挂帅,改变了劳动组织,充分发挥大家积极性,就生产当中的关键问题大闹技术革命和技术革新,利用废旧料制成热压封头工具和退火炉,改进了钢板弯卷前的预弯,及法兰和壳体的连接等,提高了劳动生产率,由原来需要120人工减至30人工。现将制造中的几点改进叙述如下。
