糖尿病饮食治疗的重要性医学营养治疗是糖尿病综合治疗的重要组成部分,也是糖尿病的基础治疗。对医学营养治疗依从性差的患者很难达到理想的代谢控制水平,不良的饮食结构和习惯还可能导致高血压、血脂异常和肥胖的发生或加重。糖尿病患者饮食计划的制定糖尿病饮食治疗并非让患者完全放弃喜爱的食物,而是制定合理的饮食计划,并努力执行。患者体型及日常活动量不同,每日所需热量也不同(表)。世界卫生组织(WHO)建议,体质指数(BMI)在18.5~22.9为正常,<18.5为消瘦,≥23为超重。
