新课改实施背景下,很多创新式教学模式得到了广泛的应用和发展,其中鼓励式教育形式深受教育工作者以及学生的喜爱,成为初中英语教学过程中应用的创新教学模式之一。所谓鼓励式教育,就是教师通过语言或者非语言表现形式,表达出对学生行为的认可、鼓励、表扬或者批评等。学生会通过教师信息的传达,做出继续或者终止某种行为的动作。
Under the background of the implementation of new curriculum reform, many innovative teaching modes have been widely applied and developed. Among them, encouraged forms of education are favored by educators and students and become one of the innovative teaching modes applied in junior high school English teaching. The so-called encouragement education, that is, teachers through language or non-verbal forms of expression, expressed recognition of student behavior, encouragement, praise or criticism. Students will communicate the teacher information to make the action of continuing or terminating a certain behavior.
