研制出CO+H_2一段合成甲醇和二甲醚和二段合成汽油并联产均四甲苯的两段催化剂。一段为铜基复合型催化剂,二段为HZSM-5催化剂。在5ml连续流动式加压两段固定床单程反应装置上考察了反应条件对催化剂活性、选择性的影响。在H。2/CO=2、空速1100h~(-1)、压力4MPa、一段270℃、二段330℃的条件下进行了催化剂稳定性试验,连续运转了2000小时。结果为CO转化率90%以上,C_5~+得率106—110g/Nm~3(CO+H_2),C_5~+占总烃的83w%,C_5~+中均四甲苯占20—22w%,C_6—C_9芳烃为21—23w%,异构烷烃45—46w%,烯烃<2w%,C_(11)~+<1w%。C_5~+时空产率为0.12g/h·mlcat。2000小时一段催化剂结炭1.15w%,二段为7.87w%。
Developed a section of CO + H_2 methanol and dimethyl ether synthesis and two sections of synthetic gasoline and two-stage parallel synthesis of tetramethylbenzene catalyst. A copper-based composite catalyst, Sec HZSM-5 catalyst. The effects of reaction conditions on the activity and selectivity of the catalyst were investigated on a 5ml continuous flow pressurized two-stage fixed bed one-way reactor.
