目的:检测快速生长期大鼠髁突软骨在功能矫形前伸下颌后β转化生长因子-1(TGF-β1)分布的变化,探讨髁突软骨生长代谢的生长因子控制机理。方法:实验组戴模拟临床功能矫治器,引导大鼠下颌前伸,并在实验后不同时期处死大鼠,取下髁突,应用免疫组织化学方法探测TGF-β1在髁突中的含量及分布。结果:髁突各层软骨细胞均有TGF-β1的分布,以成熟层阳性强度最高;功能矫形前伸下颌后,髁突软骨细胞各层TGF-β1的表达均增强。结论:TGF-β1介导了功能矫形的机械刺激作用,使软骨细胞增生,分化功能增强,髁突软骨增生
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the distribution of β-transforming growth factor-1 (TGF-β1) in condylar cartilage of rats during fast-growing period and to investigate the mechanism of growth factors controlling the growth and metabolism of condylar cartilage. Methods: The experimental group wearing simulated clinical functional appliance to guide the rat mandibular forearm, and rats were sacrificed at different times after the experiment, the condyle was removed, the content and distribution of TGF-β1 in the condylar process were detected by immunohistochemistry . RESULTS: The distribution of TGF-β1 in all layers of condylar cartilage cells was the highest in mature layer. The expression of TGF-β1 in all layers of condylar chondrocytes increased after orthodontic mandibular protrusion. CONCLUSION: TGF-β1 mediates the functional stimulation of functional orthopedics, resulting in the proliferation and differentiation of chondrocytes, the proliferation of condylar cartilage
