经济发展对生态环境破坏日益加重,新疆作为经济大省,协调好经济发展与生态环境之间的关系,实现在不破坏生态环境的前提下最大限度的利用资源。以循环经济模式解决经济发展与生态环境之间的矛盾,统筹安排提高资源利用价值,积极引导构建循环经济社区,努力提高资源利用效率水平实现城市可持续发展战略目标。
Economic development is more and more damaging to the ecological environment. Xinjiang, as a big economic province, coordinates the relationship between economic development and ecological environment, and makes maximum use of resources without destroying the ecological environment. To solve the contradiction between economic development and ecological environment in a circular economy model, we will make overall arrangements to increase the value of resource utilization, actively guide the building of a recycling economy community, strive to improve the efficiency of resource utilization and achieve the strategic goal of sustainable development of the city.
