高职教学过程中,激励机制的运用越来越显示出它的重要性。这也就要求我们在教学过程中一定要注意激励机制的运用,并要用最有效的方法,使其更好地服务于高职教学。
In the process of higher vocational education, the use of incentive mechanism shows its importance more and more.
