在总结国内外图书馆用户信息行为影响因素研究的基础上,提出了高校图书馆数字资源用户信息行为的四大影响因素,包括用户信息需求、数字资源特征、图书馆数字资源服务和信息环境影响因素,分析了各因素之间的相互关系,建立了用户信息行为影响因素关系模型,并基于该模型分析了构建高校图书馆数字资源服务能力提升机制的各环节内容。
On the basis of summarizing the research on the influential factors of users ’information behavior both at home and abroad, this paper puts forward four influential factors of users’ behavior of digital resources in university library, including information needs of users, characteristics of digital resources, service of library digital resources and information environment Factors, the relationship between the various factors was analyzed, and the relationship model of influencing factors of user information behavior was established. Based on this model, the content of each link in constructing the mechanism of improving the service capacity of digital resources in university libraries was analyzed.
