本院于1984～1985年用阿苯达唑治疗脑囊虫病168例。两例于疗程中出现过敏性休克。 例一,患者,男,22岁,军人。因头痛,呕吐,视物不清半年于1985年9月9日入院。曾在外院服吡喹酮治疗2次,均因发生昏迷而终止。体检,全身各处扪及结节45个,双眼底视乳头水肿,腰穿压力190mmH_2O,囊虫酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)1:64(+),血ELISA 1:1 600(+),确诊为脑囊虫病,
