新纲要中提出,幼儿应理解并遵守日常生活中的基本的社会行为规则,并要求教师在共同的生活中以多种方式引导幼儿认识、体验并理解基本的社会行为规则,学习自律和尊重他人。规则是保证幼儿愉快生活、交往、学习的前提,因此,对大班孩子进行执行规则能力的培养,具有非常重要的意义。开学初,我花了大量的时间和孩子们在一起,陪着他们一起上课、游戏、吃饭、睡觉……,在对孩子的行为作为了大量的观察与了解后,我发现我班孩子中有这样几种情况:
