对20例骨巨细胞瘤中多核巨细胞的表面受体及其在组织化学、组织培养中的一些特点进行了研究。实验结果表明,绝大多数多核巨细胞表面无F_c及C_3受体,也无吞噬能力,但部分多核巨细胞具有与巨噬细胞相似的弱耐胰蛋白酶作用的特点,呈非特异酯酶阳性。一些双核细胞及少数三、四核细胞具有F_c受体及吞噬抗体包被的鸡红细胞的能力。骨巨细胞瘤中的巨噬细胞在不换培液条件下培养,可形成含有二或三个核以至八个核的多核细胞。对骨巨细胞瘤中的多核巨细胞与巨噬细胞间的关系进行了讨论。
The surface receptors of multinucleated giant cells in 20 giant cell tumor of bone and their characteristics in histochemistry and tissue culture were studied. The experimental results show that the vast majority of multinucleated giant cells without F_c and C_3 receptors, but also no phagocytic ability, but some of the multinucleated giant cells with macrophages similar to the role of weak resistance to trypsin, was non-specific esterase positive. Some binuclear cells and a few three, four nuclear cells with F_c receptor and phagocytic antibody coated chicken erythrocytes. Macrophages in giant cell tumor of bone can be cultured under the condition of non-changing culture medium, and can form multi-core cells containing two or three nuclei and eight nuclei. The relationship between multinucleated giant cells and macrophages in giant cell tumor of bone is discussed.
