改革开放三十年来,我国高校英语专业已建立起一套比较完整的、适合中国国情的教学体系。新世纪开始推出的英语专业评估又促使高校英语院系进一步规范了英语专业的教学,教学质量相应得到了进一步提高。本文同时指出了师资队伍建设、课程设置和学生语言基本功等方面存在的问题,并就英语学科发展、专业评估、教师培训等提出了建议。
Thirty years since the reform and opening up, our college English majors have established a relatively complete teaching system that is suitable for China's national conditions. In the new century, the introduction of English professional assessment has prompted further efforts to further standardize the teaching of English majors in college English departments and accordingly the quality of teaching has been further improved accordingly. At the same time, this paper points out some problems in teaching staff construction, curriculum establishment and students' basic language skills, and puts forward suggestions on the development of English disciplines, professional evaluation and teacher training.
