通过山东莱芜钢铁(集团)公司莱芜铁矿谷家台矿床东区试采的防治水实践,阐述了矿体顶板灰岩井下注浆堵水技术的施工工艺和注浆参数的选择与应用。说明对于不能采用疏干排水法和注浆帷幕截流技术的大水矿山采用此种防治水方法,不但技术可行、经济合理,而且能有效地保持水文地质环境和地下水资源,具有较高的推广应用价值。
Through the practice of prevention and cure of water in the eastern section of Gujiatai deposit of Laiwu Iron Mine in Shandong Laiwu Iron and Steel Group, the construction technology and grouting parameters selection and application of underground grouting in limestone are described. It shows that this method of prevention and treatment of water is not only feasible and economical, but also can effectively maintain the hydrogeological environment and groundwater resources in large water mines that can not adopt the drainage and grouting curtain grouting technology, which has a high popularization and application value.
