目的:研究鼠类肉瘤滤过性毒菌致癌同源体B1(BRAF)基因蛋白在结肠癌患者粪便中的表达及其与临床病理因素的关系。方法:随机选取汕头大学医学院附属粤北人民医院2015年5月至2016年5月的100例结肠癌患者、100例结直肠高危腺瘤患者和100例正常体检人群,进行粪便中BRAF蛋白的表达对照比较,同时分别进行常规肿瘤消化道相关标志物癌胚抗原(CEA),糖类抗原-199(CA-199),糖类抗原-724(CA-724)比较,采用免疫组织化学技术检测,并对其与临床病理因素的关系进行相关性分析。结果:BRAF蛋白在在结肠癌组、高危患者组和正常对照组粪便中的阳性表达率进行比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);与常规肿瘤消化道相关标志物CEA,CA-199,CA-724进行比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:BRAF蛋白的高表达与结肠癌的发生发展密切相关,对其进行检测可能会比较好的协助结肠癌的早期临床诊断。
Objective: To investigate the expression of murine sarcoid viral enterotoxin B1 (BRAF) gene protein in stool of patients with colon cancer and its relationship with clinicopathological factors. Methods: One hundred colon cancer patients, 100 patients with high-risk colorectal adenoma and 100 normal subjects from May 2015 to May 2016 were selected randomly from Guangdong Provincial People’s Hospital affiliated to Shantou University Medical College for BRAF protein in feces (CEA), carbohydrate antigen -199 (CA-199) and carbohydrate antigen-724 (CA-724), respectively, in the normal control group were detected by immunohistochemistry , And its correlation with clinicopathological factors were analyzed. Results: The positive rates of BRAF protein in stool of colon cancer patients, high-risk patients and normal controls were statistically significant (P <0.05). Compared with routine tumor markers CEA, CA-199 , CA-724, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: The high expression of BRAF protein is closely related to the occurrence and development of colon cancer. The detection of BRAF protein may be helpful in the early clinical diagnosis of colon cancer.
