目的对比观察腹腔镜精索血管集束状结扎术与腹腔镜单纯精索内静脉结扎术治疗精索静脉曲张的疗效。方法将70例精索静脉曲张患者随机分成两组,A组36例,行腹腔镜下精索血管集束状结扎术;B组34例,行单纯精索内静脉结扎术,对两组患者术前术后的临床表现、精子质量、手术时间进行对比分析。结果两组病例治愈率相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);手术时间相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);精子数量、精子存活率明显提高(P<0.01),精子畸形率明显下降(P<0.01),但两组改善程度相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论腹腔镜精索血管集束状结扎术与腹腔镜单纯精索内静脉结扎术治疗精索静脉曲张疗效可靠,但前者更具有操作简便、手术时间短、治愈率高等优点。
Objective To compare the curative effect of laparoscopic spermatic cord ligation and laparoscopic simple spermatic vein ligation in the treatment of varicocele. Methods Seventy varicocele patients were randomly divided into two groups. A group of 36 patients underwent laparoscopic spermatic vascular bundle ligation; B group 34 patients underwent simple spermatic vein ligation, the two groups of patients Preoperative and postoperative clinical manifestations, sperm quality, operative time for comparative analysis. Results There was significant difference in cure rate between the two groups (P <0.05). There was significant difference between the two groups in the cure rate (P <0.05), sperm count and sperm survival rate (P <0.01) (P <0.01), but there was no significant difference between the two groups (P> 0.05). Conclusions Laparoscopic spermatic bundle ligation and laparoscopic simple spermatic vein ligation are effective in treating varicocele, but the former is more convenient, shorter operation and higher cure rate.
