以前,对运动负荷后心电图之ST,R,P波变化有很多报告,但对QT间期变化的研究很少报告。QT延长与相对不应期延长相互联系,并与室性心律失常及猝死有密切关系。作者研究了缺血性心脏病患者在安静及Master运动负荷时之QT间期变化,取得一些成绩,报告如下。1979年8月到1981年4月间在该院做冠状动脉造影及运动负荷心电图检查的有300例,以其中107例做为研究对象。其中心梗34例,心绞痛3O例,正常冠脉43
Previously, there have been many reports of ST, R, P wave changes after exercise-loaded electrocardiography, but few studies have reported changes in QT intervals.
