细胞核的DNA(去氧核糖核酸)的合成代谢,是细胞生长和增殖的关键。胸腺嘧啶核苷(TdR)则是DNA的必需成份,TdR透过细胞膜进入细胞,迅速转化为DNA的前驱物——三磷酸胸腺嘧啶核苷(TdTP)被利用进行DNA的复制。采用氚标记的胸腺嘧啶核苷(~3H-TdR)进行急性白血病骨髓细胞的体外掺入试验,以标记指数(LI)代表摄取~3H-TdR的细胞的数量,测知DNA合成
Anabolic metabolism of nuclear DNA (DNA) is the key to cell growth and proliferation. Thymidine (TdR) is an essential component of DNA. TdR permeates the cell membrane and rapidly transforms into DNA precursors - thymidine triphosphate (TdTP) is used for DNA replication. In vitro incorporation of bone marrow cells from acute leukemia with tritiated thymidine (~ 3H-TdR) was performed. The labeling index (LI), representing the number of ~ 3H-TdR uptake cells, was determined for DNA synthesis
