档案的记录功能与使用能够在企事业单位制定战略计划及目标时提供最原始的资料参考和依据,因此做好档案管理及创新是企业发展的必要基础性工作。在这一过程中,档案管理人员承担着档案的收集、建设及管理工作,工作内容复杂、繁琐,然有却由于得不到应有的重视、待遇不好等原因,使得档案管理人员对工作失去了激情,出现了职业倦怠,只有通过采取有效的方法如绩效管理能,才能使得档案管理人员重新拾对工作的热情。本文中首先对职业倦怠进行了概述,并对档案管理人员出现职业倦怠现象的原因进行了分析,最后对绩效管理进行了探讨。本文针对档案管理创新服务的必要性及意义进行了简单论述,并对实现创新服务的途径和方法进行了探究。
