独立学院作为大学独立的一个分支机构,很多活动独立于大学本部,虽然挂名是某某大学的某某学院,但是其教学质量、组织机构等方面是有区分的,造成独立学院毕业生就业率普遍偏低。本文针对独立学院毕业生就业率普遍偏低的多方面原因,并且深入分析其深层次的原因,进而提出一些操作性强的措施作为提升独立学院毕业生就业率策略,希望可以为独立学院毕业生实现高质量就业提供一些参考。
