非整倍体是引起流产最常见的原因,约在50%的自然流产中发生。其中三体最多见,90%以上三体胎儿发生自然流产或死产。传统检测胎儿组织非整倍体可用组织标本、细胞培养、中期相扩展制备和常规电泳带分析测定,此法繁杂且费工费时。比较性基因组杂交(CGH)是一种新的分子细胞遗传学试验,它通过荧光原位杂交(FISH)测定染色体的数目变化。本文通过对自然流产胎儿的胎盘组织非整倍体的测定,比较CGH技术和细胞遗传学试验这两种方法。
Aneuploidies are the most common cause of miscarriage and occur in about 50% of spontaneous abortions. Three of the most common of these three bodies, more than 90% of trisomy in spontaneous abortion or stillbirth. Traditional detection of aneuploidy fetal tissue available tissue samples, cell culture, the expansion of the medium-phase preparation and conventional electrophoresis analysis, this method is complicated and time-consuming. Comparative genomic hybridization (CGH) is a new molecular cytogenetic test that determines the number of chromosomes by fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH). In this paper, the determination of aneuploidy of placenta in spontaneous abortion fetus and comparison of CGH technique and cytogenetic test are two methods.
