乡镇企业是我国农村经济的重要组成,对解决三农问题,促进农村经济发展有着重要作用。但是乡镇企业在发展中受到资金、运行机制等限制,会产生不少财务管理上问题,这在一定程度上影响了乡镇企业的可持续性发展。笔者在研究乡镇企业财务管理特点的基础上研究了其财务管理的现状,找出了其中存在的问题,并提出了行之有效的解决对策。
Township enterprises are an important component of China’s rural economy and play an important role in solving the problems of agriculture, countryside and farmers and promoting rural economic development. However, the development of township and village enterprises is subject to restrictions such as funds and operating mechanisms, which can cause many financial management problems. This has affected the sustainable development of township and village enterprises to some extent. The author studies the financial management of township enterprises on the basis of the characteristics of the study of the status of its financial management, to identify the problems that exist, and put forward effective solutions.
