In order to verify the impact of zinc on the growth and development of infants and young children, the growing rats were bred with artificial semi-synthetic corpus containing different amounts of zinc. The growth and development of a detailed observation. Results The average dietary intake of rats with severe zinc deficiency was only 43% of that of the control rats. The average weight gain of rats in different degrees of zinc deficiency was positively correlated with the dietary zinc (r = 0.996), severe The food conversion rate of zinc deficiency group was 3.197. The nutritional and physiological effects of zinc supplementation significantly increased the food utilization rate of rats, but the zinc content of feed increased 25 times and the change of food conversion rate was very small. Combined with a number of hematological and biochemical parameters of the test results to discuss the impact of zinc deficiency on rat growth and zinc deficiency diagnosis of a comprehensive evaluation.
