著名教育家苏霍姆林斯基指出:“学校和家庭是一对教育者。”要使孩子全面健康地成长,就需要家庭教育和学校教育有机地结合。这就要求班主任要与家长搭建良好的互信、互动平台,并以此为基础,引导家长与孩子增加沟通和理解,充分建立学校、社会、家庭三位一体的教育体系,齐心协力推动孩子全面发展和健康成长。作为班主任在组建新班集体工作时,如何有效地建立与家长的密切合作关系呢?多年的工作经验,让我有这样的体会:那就是“坚持做好七个一,家校教育增合力”。
