目的观察“紫红龙”火龙果对SD大鼠30 d喂养的生长影响。方法根据实验动物体重,将80只SD大鼠按体重随机分为4组,每组20只,雌雄各半。实验设为阴性对照组和低、中、高3个剂量组,火龙果剂量分别为:7.5、10.0、15.0 g/kg bw。各剂量组每天灌胃不同浓度的火龙果果浆,阴性对照组灌胃同体积的蒸馏水,连续灌胃30 d。试验期间每周称量进食量和体重,计算食物利用率;试验结束时,股静脉取血进行动物的血常规检查、血液生化指标检查,称量脏器重量,计算脏器系数,对主要脏器进行病理组织学检查。结果试验周期内各试验组动物生长良好,体重逐周增长正常,未见明显中毒体征,动物无死亡。试验结束时各血液生化指标均在本实验室正常参考值范围,血常规指标与对照组比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。各试验组动物的主要脏器重量、组织病理检查未发现异常。结论 “紫红龙”火龙果对SD大鼠生长期内的各项观察指标未见毒性影响。
Objective To observe the effects of “Zihonglong” dragon fruit on the growth of SD rats 30 d. Methods According to body weight of experimental animals, 80 SD rats were randomly divided into 4 groups according to body weight, with 20 in each group. Experiments were set as negative control group and low, medium and high doses of 3 groups, dragon fruit dosage were: 7.5,10.0,15.0 g / kg bw. Each dose group was fed with different concentrations of pitaya fruit pulp daily, while the negative control group was given the same volume of distilled water for 30 days. At the end of the experiment, the femoral venous blood was taken for blood routine examination, blood biochemical test, weighing organ weight, calculating organ coefficient, and measuring the main dirty Histopathological examination. Results During the experimental period, the animals in each experimental group grew well, their body weight grew normally week by week, no obvious signs of poisoning were found, and no animals died. At the end of the experiment, the blood biochemical indexes were in the normal reference range of this laboratory. There was no significant difference between the blood indexes and the control group (P> 0.05). The main organs of each experimental group weight, histopathological examination found no abnormalities. Conclusion “Purple Red Dragon” dragon fruit on the growth of SD rats observed no toxicological indicators.
