自1997年中国男篮乙级联赛升格为CBA甲B联赛以来,已举办了五届,今年这一届无疑是水平最高的一次,但与甲A联赛相比,仍然明显存在着巨大的差距。造成这一落差的原因很多,无论在资金投入、外员引进、比赛场次、球员收入、经济效益、球迷关注等等方面,甲B与甲A都不能同日而语。甲B球队要冲击甲A并争得立足之地,在这种现存赛制下实在太难,几乎每次都是刚冲上去就又降了下来,这几年的甲B常客南京军区、湖北、济南军区、沈阳军区等队莫不如此。因此要想使CBA职业联赛高歌猛进,就必须在赛制上向中国足球甲级联赛看齐,一步到位地将甲B与甲A的赛制统一起来同
