目的通过早期应用鼠源性神经生长因子球后注射治疗,观察鼠源性神经生长因子对兔视网膜缺血再灌注损伤的保护作用。方法纯种大耳白兔建立视网膜缺血再灌注模型。伤后右眼球后注射鼠源性神经细胞生长因子10μg(0.1 ml),左眼球后注射0.9%氯化钠注射液0.1 ml。视网膜切片分别行HE染色和Tunnel染色。结果凋亡细胞计数,除1 h组外,同一时间点损伤对照组和损伤治疗组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论家兔视神经损伤后,早期球后注射鼠源性神经生长因子对视网膜具有保护作用。
Objective To observe the protective effect of murine nerve growth factor (NGF) on retinal ischemia-reperfusion injury in rabbits after early application of murine nerve-derived growth factor injections. Methods Purebred rabbits were used to establish a model of retinal ischemia reperfusion. After injury, right eyeballs were injected with 10μg (0.1ml) of murine nerve growth factor and 0.1ml 0.9% sodium chloride injection in the left eye. Retinal sections were HE staining and Tunnel staining. Results Apoptotic cell count, except 1 h group, the same time point injury control group and injury treatment group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion After optic nerve injury in rabbits, the injection of murine nerve growth factor in early post-retrobulbar eyes has a protective effect on the retina.
