十字滑片压缩机应用于汽车空调器,它与传统的滑片压缩机不同之处在于滑片穿过转子运动,滑片两端靠气缸内壁引导.在十字滑片压缩机中,摩擦损失发生在与气缸壁接触的滑片端部.而漏气损失发生在滑片另一端.本文通过求解作用于滑片上的力和力矩平衡方程式来从理论上研究滑片的运动特性.理论计算得到了滑片端部与气缸壁面接触力的大小,并显示了接触区是从压缩机的吸气过程开始到前半个压缩过程.通过对理论接触区和由流动光学实验估计的实际接触区的比较,验证了计算的有效性.
Cross vane compressor used in automotive air conditioners, it is different from the traditional vane compressor is the vane through the rotor movement, both ends of the vane guided by the cylinder wall. In a cross vane compressor, frictional losses occur at the end of the vane that contacts the cylinder wall. Leakage occurs at the other end of the vane. In this paper, the motion characteristics of the vane are studied theoretically by solving the equations of force and moment balance acting on the vane. The contact force between the end of the vane and the cylinder wall is obtained theoretically and the contact area is from the compressor suction to the first half of the compression process. The validity of the calculation is verified by comparing the theoretical contact area with the actual contact area estimated by flow optics experiment.
