2013年夏天,林家威在中国南方看场景准备拍一部新电影。最近他来北京,我们见了几次,觉得他是一位独特的导演,也是一位真正在做电影的电影人,他走了一条少有人走且艰难的电影路。林家威,马来西亚导演,真正意义上的电影民工。每年林家威有半年时间在日本做民工,干粗活,扛包之类。剩下的半年用扛包挣来的钱在中国拍电影。如此已超过五年。
In the summer of 2013, Lin Jiawei was looking at the scene in southern China to prepare for a new movie. Recently, he came to Beijing and met several times.
