目的:研究妇产科阴道炎的临床诊断方案和临床治疗效果,希望帮助临床提出可靠的参考依据。方法:分析我院2012年6月～2013年6月收治的阴道炎患者90例,并对90例患者全部采用臭氧治疗仪进行救治,而且将所有的患者资料和诊断过程、实验数据等进行现场记录。结果表明:通过臭氧治疗仪进行治疗,90例患者中有50例完全治愈,其中好转的患者有18例,有效的患者9例,无效的患者有13例,最终总体的有效率高达90%。结论:臭氧治疗仪治疗阴道炎效果是非常显著的,并且可以对患者的病情给予准确的诊断,因此,可以推广和使用。
Objective: To study the clinical diagnosis and treatment of vaginitis in obstetrics and gynecology and to provide a reliable reference for clinical application. Methods: Ninety patients with vaginitis admitted from June 2012 to June 2013 in our hospital were analyzed. All 90 patients were treated with ozone therapy instrument. All the patients’ information, diagnosis process and experimental data were on site recording. The results showed that 50 of the 90 patients were completely cured by the ozone treatment, of which 18 were improved, 9 were effective, 13 were ineffective, and the overall overall response rate was as high as 90%. Conclusion: Ozone therapy device for the treatment of vaginitis effect is very significant, and the patient’s condition can be given accurate diagnosis, therefore, can be promoted and used.
