科研事业单位会计内控管理是其内控管理的核心，关系到其资产的安全和完整。我国科研事业单位现行的会计内控管理制度，对固定资产和成本核算有一定的阻碍作用。本文从会计内控管理的概念出发，从不同的角度去探讨科研事业单位会计内控管理面临的问题，并针对这些问题采取相应的改进措施，最后做简单的总结。
