目的:探讨混合性阴道感染采用硝呋太尔制霉菌素阴道软胶囊治疗的临床效果及其安全性。方法:选取我院在2014年11月到2015年3月收治的87例混合性阴道感染患者的资料,将其按照随机分组法分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组44例采用硝呋太尔制霉菌素阴道软胶囊治疗,对照组43例采用传统阴道药物联合治疗,对比两组患者效果。结果:用药2周复诊结果显示治疗组总有效率为88.6%,对照组为79.1%,对比有统计学意义(P<0.05);用药4周复诊结果显示治疗组总有效率为97.7%,对照组为86.0%,对比有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组复发率为4.5%,不良反应率为9.1%对照组复发率为18.6%,不良反应率为34.9%,治疗组均低于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:硝呋太尔制霉菌素阴道软胶囊治疗混合性阴道感染效果显著,复发率低,安全性高,具有可推行。
Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of nifuratel nystatin vaginal soft capsule in mixed vaginal infections. Methods: The data of 87 patients with mixed vaginal infection in our hospital from November 2014 to March 2015 were selected and divided into treatment group and control group according to randomization method. Forty-four patients in treatment group were treated with nifuratel Nystatin vaginal soft capsule treatment, the control group of 43 patients with traditional vaginal drug treatment, the two groups compared the effect. Results: The results of two-week follow-up showed that the total effective rate was 88.6% in the treatment group and 79.1% in the control group, with statistical significance (P <0.05). The 4-week follow-up results showed that the total effective rate was 97.7% (P <0.05). The recurrence rate was 4.5% in the treatment group and 9.1% in the control group. The recurrence rate in the control group was 18.6% and the adverse reaction rate was 34.9% in the treatment group, which was lower than that in the treatment group Control group (P <0.05, P <0.01). Conclusion: Nifuratel nystatin vaginal soft capsule treatment of mixed vaginal infection has a significant effect, low recurrence rate, high safety, with the promotion.
